We are hiring a Civil Engineer (P.E) to work in the St George, Utah area. As one of the largest professional engineering companies in the Intermountain West, J-U-B delivers innovative services which allow our clients to succeed, while also providing an enriching environment for our employees.While applying technical civil engineering knowledge and skills, this position will:

• Provide engineering design and project management services for civil engineering projects primarily focused on water, wastewater/sewer, storm water, and other infrastructure services in Utah.
• Participate in all phases of project development, design, and construction.
• Analyze engineering data, interpret, and prepare plans and specifications, and make sound decisions to solve challenges.
• Collaborate with engineers and planners and public agencies for reports, design, and construction phase services for various private and public agency clients.
• Coordinate and support multi-disciplinary projects throughout the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in the State of Utah. With ability to become licensed in Nevada and Arizona in six months.
• 6+ years of qualified experience as a P.E. 2+ years working in the Washington County, Utah area.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Willingness to build a practice and mentor junior staff.
• Proven technical background and skillset
• Multi discipline civil engineering background with experience in the entire project development cycle.
• Understanding of local municipal codes, and design/development standards.
• Water resources engineering experience, including pressure and open channel flow modeling, design, and construction oversight is a plus.

Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 a year/determined by experience.In addition to your competitive salary, J-U-B also offers an extensive benefits package including:
