We have been retained by a senior living community with multiple locations in the Madison, WI area to search for both Day and Night Registered Nurses. This organization is a premier provider of Assisted Living and Memory Care. They meet seniors regardless of where they are in their life journey including providing Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation services.OverviewThis is an outstanding opportunity for an individual that is looking for personal growth and development in a state-of-the-art health care setting. They offer a lot of support to their nursing staff. There will always be two nurses on duty no matter the shift. They have unit managers and PM supervisors to provide support and a Manager on Duty 7 days a week to help with staffing or resident/family concerns. They want to ensure all their nurses are set up for success.Qualifications

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a current WI RN license

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
• Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
